Today we learned from Eric, Mark and Kodee about how ADM buys corn from local farmers to make a variety of products such as corn syrup, dextrose, corn starch, ethanol and more. While the Marshall plant is one of the smaller operations, they still process 180,000-200,000 bushels of corn a day and are the largest contributor to our local economy.
Thank you for sharing the innovative strategies of ADM and how they bring such great value to our community!
